Be sure to swap to the contact beam to damage the heart, it does insane damage. Use the plasma cutter to shoot nicole, it's high rate of fire make it a good choice, use stasis as much as you can on the other enemies and just shoot nicole if you're short on ammo. The last shop isn't that far from the final fight, just be careful if you still have to deal with the regen necro. You can upgade the contact beam's alt fire straight away if you have one node, so definitely do that. Also the detonator to get as much money as you can. This emphasizes the above point, as your focus should be staying alive rather than killing all of the Necromorphs as quickly as possible.Said: " I would definitely advise selling the line gun, the contact beam would be far more useful for this fight.
